• In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
• Made-to-order items may take up to 5–7 business days to complete before shipping.
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
• Delivery time varies based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Austin area. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you to coordinate a time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We're not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your bracelet arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shoplovealways.ali@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each bracelet is handmade, all sales are final. If there's an issue with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery — we'll work with you.
