Shipping policy

Each bracelet is handmade in Austin, Texas. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days; made-to-order items may take up to 5–7 business days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

Local pickup is available in the Austin area — select it at checkout and we’ll coordinate a time.

We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your bracelet arrives damaged, contact shoplovealways.ali@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
