Because each bracelet is handmade, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, contact shoplovealways.ali@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Order changes or cancellations are only possible before your bracelet has been made — once production starts, we can’t cancel or modify the order.
